    old building

The owner was super nice and offered valuable local insights.

We had some issues with the old building’s quirks. The bathtub needs some renovation, which was disappointing. It felt a bit neglected during our stay.

    great location
    communication issue

We loved the location, just a stroll away from vibrant live music venues and delicious food options, making it so easy to explore. The breakfast was also a highlight. we enjoyed quiche and French toast, with plenty of other options!

We missed the owner at check-in and couldn't use our drink coupons, which was a bit disappointing.

    courtyard breakfast
    local tips
    vibrant atmosphere
    bathtub renovation
    temperature control issues

I had a memorable experience staying at a charming place tailored for adults. Each morning, I enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard, with local pastries that made me feel at home. Karen offered valuable local tips that enhanced my exploration of nearby music venues. The proximity to lively spots created a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for my love of country music. My stay felt like visiting family. It made the journey from my home in Rome more special.

The bathtub needs some renovation. The temperature control in the room was inconsistent.

    great atmosphere but minor quirks

The room had a stunning musical theme that made our stay feel incredibly unique. Karen, our host, created an atmosphere that truly felt like home, offering warmth and hospitality. The location was spectacular too! We enjoyed relaxing in the garden view, which added to the serene environment of our stay.

Our check-in process was a bit confusing when we arrived, as we missed meeting Karen at that time.

    charming decor
    delicious breakfast
    friendly service
    temperature control
    bathtub condition

Staying at R&B was really enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to all the action on Frenchmen Street. The local music scene is vibrant. I found myself dancing at The Spotted Cat just minutes away. My room, themed around blues, had a unique charm. The high bed and spacious double shower created a cozy feel. Breakfast each day was a delightful surprise, especially the fresh quiche and sweet French toast. The garden area proved to be a relaxing spot, perfect for unwinding. On the flip side, there were a couple of minor hiccups. The temperature control in the room was tricky. It was either too hot or too cold. Also, while the bathtub looked lovely, it definitely could use some renovation. Despite these little issues, my overall stay was filled with good music, friendly vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't forget to mention that Emily and Karen really made my stay feel special with their helpful recommendations and warm hospitality.
